Care jobs with no experience

No two days are the same, because no two people are. Depending on someone’s care plan, your visits might include:

  • Personal care, like washing and dressing
  • Supporting with or giving medication
  • Preparing meals and drinks
  • Help with shopping and errands
  • Companionship and a friendly chat
“Care isn’t a proper career.”
Truth

There’s real room to grow, with qualifications like the Level 2 and 3 Diplomas in Adult Care, and routes into senior and specialist roles.

“I’ll be out there on my own.”
Truth

You’re never really alone. You shadow experienced colleagues first, and there’s always support at the end of the phone.

“It’s just cleaning and personal care.”
Truth

Personal care is part of it. So is a cuppa and a chat, a familiar face, and helping someone stay independent in their own home.

“I need experience or qualifications.”
Truth

Many of our team started with neither. What matters most is kindness, reliability and a willingness to learn. We’ll train you.
